Beautifully written and very sweet. Poor Harry, it rather reminds me of Terry Pratchett's depiction of the reincarnated Abbot in 'Theif of Time'; the adult brain is there but the body, with it's infant emotions and impulses, often overrules.
At first I thought Harry was turning into a bear cub, but you said he was part Spinx. I like the idea of him being a cute fuzzy bear though, lol.
Oh my, poor Harry! Severus was kind not to laugh at him for being scared or nervous! Great chapter!
