Reviews For Never Again!
Author's Response: Aww thanks! This one was really hard for me to write because I sympathized with poor Severus so much!
Author's Response: Thanks, this was one of the most difficult chapter I wrote in this story because it was so very emotional--fear, anger, sorrow, and everything inbetween. In order for me to write it I had to imagine myself in Sev's shoes and it was very heartwrenching! Even the scene at the end made me cry, I tend to get very involved when I write!
My eyes are still watering as I type this! This chapter was filled with such strong, heartbreaking emotions, you captured them beautifully. I could completely understand and feel what Severus was feeling as if I were there, and it really broke my heart. The poor child! (and man) That was just awful, truly awful. I am extremely glad Tobias finally understands his son's misery, but like Severus, it's bittersweet. The ending was such a beautiful moment! I loved how Sev was all awkward and realized he felt something for his dad other then bitterness and so tried to comfort him, and how Tobias was just so disbelieving. My favorite part was when they embraced, because they really, really needed to comfort each other and let the pent up emotions out. Brilliant and beautiful work! I love it. (Strange thing to say, considering it was so sad, lol.) P.S. I would have posted this sooner, but my web was down. Now, I'm off to read your next chapter! Author's Response: Ah, well I DID warn you! I'm a sucker for emotional reunions and stuff! Although writing those flashbacks was really heartbreaking and I had to stop a few times to wipe my eyes. But that was the only thing likely to show Tobias exactly what Sev had endured at his hands and convince him for good and all to change and to never ever touch a drop of beer again. And the last part was my favorite too, forgiveness and reconciliation are so important!
Author's Response: Wow! Thanks so very much!
Author's Response: Aww . . .I'm glad it touched you that deeply!
((Though, principal = Headmaster) Author's Response: Thanks! Though I wasn't sure if they used the same term in public school over in Britain, or if that was just for private ones, like it is back in the US. I can go back and fix it though, if you're sure.
Author's Response: I know, i wanted to just hold him myself! And yes, at last those two are willing to start a new relationship with each other and I hope you like the next chapter, it's warm and fuzzy after the majoe emotional upheaval in the last one.
