Reviews For Lily's Charm: The Gift
Ooh, Tabitha I just loved the argument between Snape and Sirius. It was so much fun and so much angst! As much as I love Crucio, I just can't wait for the next chapter of this story because I can't rest until I know what happens to Harry. As if you didn't plan it that way oh Royal Dairy Dark Evil Queen!
Well I'm glad your likely to update sooner I expect if your into this at present. So is Sirius himself or may be under a spell? Look forward to finding out and hopefully not too long!!!
Sirius would never deliberately harm Harry, but he just doesn't see the complex plots that Severus can, and he's blinded by infatuation for Dawn Ridley right now. I wanted to shake Harry for leaving with him without Remus and I only hope there won't be serious trouble. Loved the tree decorations and the conflict between Severus and Sirius was very believable. Looking forward to more! Author's Response: Thanks Kristeh! Harry is gonna have to learn some lessons the hard way, unfortunately. And Sirius as well. All of them, actually. It's gonna be a rough road ahead. Glad you enjoyed the chapter. I really enjoyed the scene between Sev and Sirius. :o) Thanks for the review.
Author's Response: Never trust anyone, that's OE's creed. :oP
Severus is going to become unglued! OMG! The angst lover in me is shivering over the events that might be coming, and I'm in total glee right now. You'd better be typing on that next chapter, lady! (pretty please with sugar on top?) Author's Response: LOL Poor Sirius....or not.... And no, Severus will not react well to this at all. You're sick, Cathy, you know that, right? Glee for such happenings...when Harry could be on death's doorstep? *shakes head*
Author's Response: Well, Harry thinks he knows Sirius better than Severus knows Lucius and Simon....and honestly, Sirius did try to do what Severus asked. Or at least Sirius said as much. LOL Sorry to fire you up, though not really of course! I'm gla dyou enjoyed it. I'll try to be quick! Thanks for the review.
Poor Harry, I see hard things ahead (plus groundation for life from his dad) Author's Response: ROFL Groundation for life. Hee hee.
I really liked the baby scene, naturally. It was cute how Harry was reaching out to grab the candle flame, but Sev was too far back to allow it. It kind of made me sad to think about their Christmas though because Sev wouldn't get to spend that much time with Harry if Remus and Sirius were around during the holiday season. I enjoyed the punch from Sirius as well. You really surprised me with that one. I thought perhaps Sirius would actually try and negotiate something, but instead was increasingly nasty. I'm really disliking your Sirius now, which is sad because I want things to work out between him and Harry so badly. Even if something doesn't happen to Harry, I think Harry's trust in Sirius will go downhill quickly from here. Honestly, I'm not too terribly worried about Harry because I feel like he could probably protect himself if need be, though I'd hate to have him convinced that Sev is wrong at this point. I love how ecstatic Harry was about the tree though and I loved James' off-center ornament. Please update a.s.a.p. though--I need to know what happens! -P.G. Author's Response: LOL Glad you liked the baby scene, at least. :o) And I'm happy you picked up on the melacholy feel of it all...with Sirius and Remus around, it would be difficult to be a family. :o( Sirius really loathes Severus, even more than he ever has, I think. He basically usurped his place with Harry, and I don't think there's really a way for either of them to be truly okay with one another, even if Harry and Sirius are okay. LOL James' ornament was fun. I'll update soon, I hope, if my muses will cooperate. :o) |
