Reviews For Growing Pains
Author's Response: yes, it really does and I'm sorry to hear that. I'm glad you can relate to Harry though, because it means I've made him believable. Thanks for reading!
makes it easier for a child to understand Author's Response: Yeah, I figured that was a good approach to take, since it's hard for a child to understand the concept otherwise. I got that idea from my Catholic background, once a kid at CCD asked the teacher how Jesus could love everyone equally, and she said it was because Jesus has enough love for everyone and never runs out of it.
Author's Response: I like putting my wizards in ordinary situations, because for the most part they go through the same problems everyone else does. They're still human beings.
Author's Response: Got that right!
this one was very sweet! Author's Response: Thanks and just wait till you read the next one!
I think however that it is a bit soon to talk about marriage that was really fast, Harry and Sev talked as if it was a given (I don't know if I am ready for Sev to remarry LOL). If I could predict I would venture that Daniel might enter the picture soon and put in an adventure for our boys. Author's Response: Well, actually Harry brings it up and Severus says maybe someday but as of now no one has proposed or even discussed it, but Severus is considering it quite carefully. However he hasn't asked Alaina and she hasn't indicated to him that she's ready to marry yet, she's still trying to get over Daniel's abuse. As for your prediction . . .wait and see! Thanks for your review!
Author's Response: Thanks and I'm so glad you liked it!
Author's Response: Thanks!
xox Author's Response: Thanks, glad you enjoyed it!
I like how you had Harry's point of view in the beginning of the chapter, it made us really sympathize with the poor little kid. I could really put myself in his place and see how he felt about things, and then how he slowly realized what Sev was telling him. The ending was really cute, can't wait to read that story! P.S. About Lily’s portrait: I didn’t mean that I thought it meant Sev didn’t love Lily anymore, I just though maybe it was a sign of Harry thinking Alaina was taking Lily’s place. Which she isn’t! But yeah, seems I was just reading too much into it after all ^^; Author's Response: great! I really wanted you to see this from Harry's POV, since it really affected him so much. And the next chapter will be posted soon, it's really funny! Thanks as always for your lovely reviews, you really touch on all the things in my work and it shows that you really absorb what I'm writing, so I'm very grateful! |
