Reviews For Growing Pains
Author's Response: Thank you and I'm glad you liked the interaction between all the adults, it was a fun write. But now there's trouble on the horizon.
Just too funny and it is so how a six-year-old boy would act. I liked Jane and Walter too and the dentist trip was priceless, lucky Harry didn't act like MY son did and kick and bite the dentist. We used to have to give him a pill to calm him down. I also loved the parts with Sev and Inky and how Sev thinks about how happy he is that Harry still wants to be held, that part was beautiful. Author's Response: Aww! Thanks, I'm glad you liked it! :)
The sequel is off to a really good start, I can tell already that I’m going to enjoy it as much as NA. It’s really great that Harry gets to keep Inky alive, I love felines and Harry needs a pet. Dagger sure came in handy with that book, and it’s a good idea of Sev to dull Inky’s claws and teeth, those tings can be destructive! Glad to see Harry’s friends have taken a liking to Inky and that you included Ron again in your story (yay! Lol). They are really good friends and I hope to see both of them again soon. It would be really interesting to see some adventures of theirs at Harry’s school, wonder what they could get into? I also think it’s cool that you took my suggestion for Harry to meet Hermione at his muggle primary school ^^. Can’t wait for her to make an appearance! Please post again as soon as you can! Great work, keep it up ^^. Author's Response: I couldn't let them change Inky back, he's too much fun not to include in the story, since I love animals and almost all of my stories have at least one animal in it, like in the Hidden Away series, Harry has a beagle named Rosie. But yes, the cub's claws and teeth can be dangerous, which is why Sev blunted them. Ron and Blaise and Hermione will be featured in here as well as two new characters later on, and we'll have a few chapters from Sev's POV coming after the next one. Oh and Sirius and Remus will be in here too as well as Tobias.
Author's Response: Yes, it will, because even though I love writing Harry, sometimes you need to get an adult perspective as well.
Loved Hermione and I can't wait for the next part. Author's Response: Some people never grow up! And that's kids for you!
Liked how you introduced Hermione, poor kid, I remember how it felt being the new kid and getting picked on. Good thing she has Harry. Author's Response: he really is, isn't he? And I remember when I didn't like school either and was picked on just like poor Hermione. Glad you're enjoying this!
Author's Response: Awww! Don't you just want to pinch his cheek?
Author's Response: Yes, he certainly is! :) And Harry just needs to get used to the competition, because it's not going to go away. But they will become friends in spite of it.
Author's Response: Thank you very much!
Author's Response: And she'll be in it a lot more and so will Ron and Blaise too! I thought it would be neat to have them all grow up together. |
