Reviews For Growing Pains
Author's Response: Boy oh boy are you ever right! Heaven help them all!
my only criticism is that harry always seems to talk and think about how much he is going ot spanked or timed out and 99 percent of the kids I work with hate to be punsihed but they never talk about it this much Love how tobias is getting used to magic and how minerva used her transfiguration skills to diagnose inky and I am anticipating meeting hermione Author's Response: Harry is very reflective, Sev's tried to teach him to think about consequences BEFORE he acts, and it works--up to a point.
Also, it would have been interesting to see Sev getting attached to that little fuzzy nuisance in spite of himself. (BTW, I think a black panther is an appropriate pet for Severus.) Author's Response: You'll be getting Sev's POV in another two chapters here and also when he's out on the date with a certain classmate's (you haven't met her yet) mother, and then you'll see what was going on in his head when Tobias was there and how he ends up liking Inky after all. Thanks for reviewing, as always!
It was cute written from Harry's POV... Lovely. :) Author's Response: You're right, but who can resist those green eyes? LOL!
PS: I am hoping for a new segment of Hidden Away to be coming soon Author's Response: Yup, Harry's one smart cookie, and he would know exactly who he could con into doing things the way he wants them, as you'll see with Sirius in the next chapter. Harry's Snape glare might not work on the two adult Snapes but he learned to use it on kids, as you'll see next chapter. As for Inky, yes the panther is a bundle of trouble, much like his owner! I have to do some more research before I'm ready to write the next part of the Hidden Away series, so I cna get that authentic New Orleans flavor, but it's coming!
Author's Response: Thanks and you'll see Sev's POV in later chapters, like with the dates and things, it's pretty funny!
Author's Response: Lots of laughs and a surprise or two! Thanks for reviewing!
I am hoping that Tobias will move in with them. He could watch Harry and some of his friends - especially if there is a pretty young witch in Severus' future (you know, for dates and things - I am sure Harry would like a little brother or sister.) Author's Response: Yes, well we all know how private Sev is, so I don't think he'll be sneaking a look inside Harry's journal anytime soon--LOL! As for Tobias moving in, umm the man does like his privacy and needs his space too, but he'll be around to babysit a lot in this one. And yes, eventually Harry would like a brother or sister!
Author's Response: Thanks and I'm glad you like little Harry's viewpoint, I think it's refreshing and very funny to write. Actually, Jade Sullivan suggested I write this from Harry's POV and I took her advice!
Author's Response: Yup and it's going to be a very interesting year for them all! Thanks for reviewing! |
