Reviews For The Heir to Prince Manor
this was awesome! glad to see they are not killing eachother anymore! Author's Response: That's okay, you're probably busy, right? :) Yes, they've finally decided to bury the hatchet, and actaully talk to each other instead of beating the snot out of each other. Nice change, huh?
Author's Response: Thank you very much and I will keep on with this fic, everyone seems to be enjoying it a whole lot.
::applauds and beams like an idiot:: I love it! Can't wait for more Harry/Draco interaction. I wonder . . . Do the two get protective of each other after they've really gotten to know each other? ::ponders:: Update soon my dear. Again, you know I love it! Yours, Lady Jewels Snape. Author's Response: Aww, you're so sweet! :) As for Harry and Draco's growing relationship, you'll see more of it in the next chapter, as Harry tells Draco about his own horror story with the Dursleys. Eventually, I'd assume they would be very protective of each other, just like real siblings. And I'll be updating with the new chapter tonight!
Author's Response: It's coming and he's going to be very surprised, since he assumes, like Harry did to him, that Harry was a celebrity in his own home and treated like one. He's in for a rude awakening!
Author's Response: Draco is going to be one shocked Slytherin once he finds out believe me!
Author's Response: No, Harry doesn't hold the monopoly on suffering, though sometimes it might seem like that. Both Draco and Severus have horrors in their past that they have to cope with, and both have had their share of nightmares. I loved putting that race in, though I wasn't intending it to end the way it did, but while I was writing, all of a sudden I had this vision of Sev walking into the hall just as the two boys came down it, and the rest is history, as they say. I was busy yesterday, so i didn't update as quickly as I usually do, and I apologize. I really don't like to keep my readers hanging, it's sort of like cruel and unusual punishment, LOL! So i try to finish what I start, because there's nothing worse than getting into a story and then realizing there's no more of it and there hasn't been an update on it in like months. Of course some people don't have time to write like I do, and I understand that, but God it drives me crazy.
Author's Response: Oh no! Hope it doesn't blow up. Anybody got a paper towel? Or a spare wand? LOL! Keep reading and thanks for making me laugh.:)
Keep writing - I'll keep reading!! Author's Response: Thank you *blushes* I try my best to think of how a character will react and what they will sound like and say to another when I write, it's not as easy as it sounds, sometimes I'm right on with something and other times I have to stop and say "wait a minute, this isn't how so-and-so would say this" and then go back and correct it. But sometimes it just flows from me and then I know I've got it right.
Author's Response: Yes, i felt that I had to delve a bit more deeply into the life of Draco to find out what made him tick and to show Harry that he wasn't the only one who had ever had a "hard life" despite Draco coming from money and all. Once they have shared their pasts it'll be much easier for them to get along, yes?
Author's Response: Yes, Severus wants to make sure things are fair with his boys. LOL! No complaining "Dad likes ME better!" like we used to do in my house. I was the baby so I was always told I got everything and my sisters had to work for it all. It wasn't true...of course! |
