Reviews For My Brother, My Hero
Poor Hayden, he must feel that he was just a leftover of Harry! Please update soon, i'm anxious to see where you take this story. Author's Response: Thank you! As for your question, No Snape is not dead. If you go back and read over the story you will find out that Snape IS Hayden. But he has none of his memories so he, hayden, is a completely new person in a way. He was brought up in a different enviroment to his last one so this will have a major impact on his personality... Anyway, whilst Snape is not dead, he does not really exist anymore. He's been forgotten. For now. However the Wizarding world believes he is dead. Thanks again, Jay.
In this story, Harry means more cunning and Hayden more protective and braver. It will be interesting to see in which house they are sorted. It is working out well. But I feel sorry for Hayden. Soon, he will just feel like a shadow. How are they going to explain the lack of pictures of him or mention of him in the letters Petunia kept. Looking forward to more.
One editorial comment: You routinely use "of" instead of "have" (it should be would have, could have, should have.) Now, a question... I've always wondered where the name Hayden came from for Harry's brother? So many fanfics use it. Author's Response: Hi, and thank you. I chose Hayden for a name becuase way back when I was young, I had indentical twins in my class. Harry and Hayden were their names as you can guess, and so it just came to me. As for why so many other fanfics use it I have no idea. It can't be for the meaning at least, unless having a name that means The Rosy Meadow is some how a plot point....
I hope that whoever comes to get them lets them buy extra clothes (normal every day wear), proper shoes, books of interest etc
How is Hayden going to handle Hogwarts and how are they going to explain that Lily never mentioned Hayden in her letters. Questions abound. Looking forward to more.
