I think this is a really good story so far, and I like how you made Severus rescue Harry and cry over Lily's death. It's something I could see him doing. Will Albus allow him to adopt Harry?
One other note, I did notice some spelling and a few grammatical errors in this chapter that you might want to fix. Sorry, I'm a former English teacher and can't help correcting things. If you'd like me to proofread it, I'd be glad to.
Author's Response: I'm glad you like it, you wouldn't believe how worried i was that everyone would see it and then instantly hate it. Also, I would LOVE you to proofread my work, actually, I've been looking for someone to do that for awhile now. I didn't want to post up the next chapter while the first one was in a state of disarray.
