Reviews For Where Shadows Go
WOOT for SEV/LILY! Hooray! They kiss! OMG! *dances* well done! Author's Response: yeah, don't think of big jingle bells, they're tiny little golden ones that chime very very softly when you move and the sweater is a very soft cashmere with a heart shaped neckline. Very pretty . .. my sister had a sweater and pants like that once and I loved it. Yeah, don't you just love the romance!
Author's Response: Great! I have some more love scenes planned for the next one, plus a surprise emergency and something more sinister at the end, but you'll see when I post it.
Author's Response: I love the romance part of this! And there's more to come.
Author's Response: Yes, James was never really around for her, since he was busy with his career and obsessed with hunting Voldemort. He loved her, but on his own terms. Severus, however, loves her for herself alone, and he will continue to show that. There will be a few more romantic chapters in here and I keep the explicit part to a minimum, since this is a website that's rated for teens and families. Plus, HP was never really meant for fully explicit romance and that kind of thing. Thanks for your review and so glad you're loving this!
Author's Response: Yeah, they had some fun as children, didn't they? And it was good that Severus finally found his nerve and said what he feels for once. More romance to follow. Thanks for reviewing and I've also updated Angel too.
And the part with Petunia was really funny too! Author's Response: Me too! I'd probably faint, LOL!
Author's Response: Thanks and I'm glad you liked it!
Author's Response: Yes it was and I think he took it to heart, don't you?
Author's Response: Thanks and I'll be updating as fast as I can. I love a good romance.
Also, if Lily had picked on Petunia using magic the way she was laughing about, I could understand why would have such a fear of a magic child being around her non magic child. Think about it - the snippiness of Petunia was normal 14 - 16 year old angst. The "pranks" were magical in nature - something she couldn't defend against. And I didn't hear anything about parents stepping in and telling Lily that under no circumstances was Lily to use magic on Petunia. How you like to be a 15 year old and look in the mirror and see a pig face (and know your sister gave it to you)? Lots of fun for the pranker - not so much fun for the prankie. But I still loved it. Author's Response: You're right, but when Sev & lily were small, petunia picked on them unmercifully, locking them in closets and being nasty to Sev, and back then they couldn't control what their magic did. When they were eleven, then yes they could, but by then Lily was trying to get some of her own back and I wanted to show that she wasn't the perfect princess some people make her out to be. And there actually was a time when Vi and Hal forbade Lily to do magic around Petunia, they just haven't mentioned it yet. But yes, that could be some of the reason why Petunis doesn't like magic, although the other part of it is that she's jealous and wants it herself. |
