very cute. I hope that you don't make Harry hate Siruius I know that he is impulsive in the books but I think that has some to do with his time in azkaban.
Good one. Yep, Sirius went too far in trying to remove Harry, then. He was unreasonable and there was no danger to the child. He should listen to what the child says, but Harry (and others) are going to have to learn that sometimes, No is No.
Awwwww sooooo cute! I loved it! Hope you update soon!
oh when will sirius learn! lol maybe now he'll definatly listen to harry, im looking forward to the next chapter, i do love a christmas scene lol

We have a different idea of verbal abuse.
When, on occasion, Molly Wesley is yelling (at the top of her lungs) at the twins or Ron, that, to me is not verbal abuse.
Continuous name calling, belittling of the person, referring to his parents in snide remarks, etc is verbal abuse. All of which Snape did in the books and the movies without ever raising his voice. It is the words and the continuous use of the words that makes it abuse.
If a person continuously yelled at a child or another person (ie spouse), that would also be abuse.
The occasional yelling from a parent or a child towards a parent (accompanied the slam of a door with the works "I hate you") is part the most difficult job we all do - being part of a family.
If the twins could choose between their mum's yelling or Snape's remarks about them, which would they choose.
