Oh my goodness. Snape maybe should have told Harry that Dumbles wants to send him back to his relatives, and that he's trying to protect him.
I hope that Harry can calm down enough to listen to reason. I do understand though; it must be difficult to be away from his friends, and stuck with his least favourite teacher.
Well, I'm not surprised they fought it was bound to happen. But really Harry is being unreasonable here. I know it's hard being sick and trapped in bed, but anywhere is better than being at the Dursleys and Snape already told him Hogwarts isn't safe so he needs to just suck up and deal with it. He ought to be glad Snape is being nice to him and at least he's not getting beaten.
I'm surprised Severus didn't tell Harry about how Dumbledore insisted he go back to his awful relatives. That might have shut him up! He needs to learn to not talk back to his healer, it'll only get him in trouble.
Author's Response: Yes, he should be extremely grateful to Snape, and I'm sure he will be in time. I don't want my fic to be one of those in which Snape helps Harry and Harry is overjoyed and thinking of him as a father figure within a chapter, so I'm trying to keep it realistic by keeping it at somewhat of a slow pace. Also, you have to realize that Harry has horrible trust issues so he thinks Snape is just following Dumbledore's orders and doesn't care about him at all. And don't be so surprised about Severus not telling Harry about the conflict with Dumbledore. This issue will be brought up again eventually. Thanks so much for the review, again :)
