Reviews For Faith
Author's Response: Thank you; I'm glad you find my portrayal of Snape realistic, and in some ways, more sympathetic to Harry than is Dumbledore. Though of course, Dumbledore is a general, and Snape is but a pawn (and so in certain matters, better positioned to aid Harry, rather than command him). Thank you also for the review. ~Aethyr
I understand the lure of fanfiction when one has college papers to research and write.... I spent many hours scribbling fanfic when I ought to have been studying. Thank you for giving us these wonderful chapters despite your busy-ness with school. Well done! Author's Response: You've articulated very well one of the reasons why I write; it's heady stuff, having that sort of hold over a reader, if only while the magic lasts. Thank you for your kind words. ~Aethyr
Author's Response: Thank you for the kind words -- they are well appreciated.
And the ending...well, I just loved it and I'm so glad that Harry and Severus can finally see the truth and that Severus offered Harry comfort. I can't wait for your next chapter. Author's Response: I'm very glad that you enjoyed it! I very much agree that the cave incident is, in the book, rather overshadowed by the subsequent death and destruction. I've always thought that it should have been more traumatic than it was portrayed to be. And Snape, of course, does recognize the rather ironic parallel between the two incidents. The next chapter is in the works, and should not take as long as this one to complete, never fear. Thank you for your review, and for your kind words. Pax, Aethyr
