Poor Arielle, getting dragged up in front of everyone by that stupid Lockhart! I'm glad Sev decked him one1 But now who is it that's grabbed her?
That's good that Severus accepts the twins as Arielle's guardians, because he's going to need all the help he can get, LOL! I always liked the idea of Sev with a little girl.
Oh, I noticed a small typo down at the end of the chapter. "I do believe those TWO care about you a lot" is how that sentence should read, you have the wrong to in there. But otherwise a very sweet chapter!
So cute! I think Sev gave her the best birthday present and I'm glad she has a real family now.
Aww, poor Dobby! I like how both Arielle and Sev treat him, with kindness and consideration, far better than he ever got from the Malfoys! Good beginning!

Surprised that Snape didn't press Dobby for more information especially since it is obvious the little elf believes so strongly that Arielle is in danger...I wonder if he recognised Dobby and knows who "his master" is. Anyway glad to see part 2 up
Author's Response: He did tell her that he was Lucius Malfoy's house elf. But also, because he knows more things about house-elves than Harry in CoS, he knows about the punishment if he revealed something that was forbidden, so was cautious. He does have a heart. XD Thanks for the review.
