I like your interesting spin on canon.
I’m glad that Harry is getting the help he needs to recover from the trauma.
So depraved and thoroughly evil. That was a rough one. I’m glad they all got their just dues, though death seems too merciful for this version of Vernon.
This was a difficult, but well done chapter. The veritaserum will be hard to refute.
Beautiful chapter. Thank you.

This was brilliant. Of course the portraits, particularly Salazar’s, would have knowledge of what was happening! Were there no portraits of Salazar and his descendants in canon? I loved Hermione’s diatribe at the end.
I love that Severus gave Harry’s dorm mates a talking to, but knew where to draw the line with regards to points. As for the chapter end, what happened to Gryffindor loyalty?!
Great potions work, Harry! I’m glad that their improved relationships will also persist once at Hogwarts. Ack Ron.
That was a disturbing chapter, but well written nonetheless. I’m so glad that both boys, especially Harry, are in safe arms with Severus. Hopefully, he can help to heal and protect them both.
That was a terrific chapter. I loved the intellectual way in which Severus shared the news with Harry. His warmth with Harry was moving. Snape’s hard line approach to Dumbledore was refreshing and had me cheering.
