I'm in the process of creating ebooks of some of my favorite fanfics in order to have access to them on my Kindle when I'm offline, and I included Harry's First Detention and Harry's New Home. Wow, very cruel but also in-character Snape, I think. I loved Professor McGonagall in your story and Dumbledore threatening Snape at the end.

I liked how this was just the part where Snape finds out about Harry being abused and get him some help, leaving the reader wondering about what will happen next.
I've read this somewhere else and it was so wonderful to find it again.
