    Really liked MM in this one, and Sev. Good idea of the ring - Moss agate is a traditional poison detector, good one!

    Author's Response: You're right, I had to do some research on gemstones and their healing properties in order to select the right stone for Sev's ring.  I like protective Minerva, she really cares a lot for Sev and Harry and is not afraid to show it! Hope you like the next part, it's just been posted now!

    Minerva is great and I like how Severus is acting towards her. Too bad that all this didnn´t happen in the real books. I am still quite sad that Severus died in such a bad way there.

    Author's Response: I was very upset also, but at least in my fanfic Severus has a shot at a better life and can be happy.

    Having not yet put in a review i thought i should! this story is briliant!! and the chapter great i think it is great how harry and snape are so different to each other when in private.
    Minerva is great i like her character.
    looking forward to the next chapter!

    Author's Response: Thanks alot I'm really glad you like this.  It's something I've been meaning to write for a while, and I enjoy writing a semi-nasty Snape in public and a gentler and loving one in private, it makes for an interesting story.  I also wanted Minerva to play a larger role here, since Severus needs another adult to care about him.
