Of course I definitely want you to finish this story, but out of curiousity-are you going to write a sequel to "Heir to Prince Manor"?

    I hope so!

Author's Response: Yes, I definitely am! But I want to finish this one and Where Shadows Go first.  Then I'll start that sequel and the sequel to Hide Yourself From A Prisoner.

Poor Harry, he is so used to being abused by his uncle, it is ingrained in him!

I really like how Sev handled Harry's punishment--this kind of lesson will be far more effective IMO than hitting. Taking away his animagus form for a week will really make him think twice before acting so recklessly.

As much as I have enjoyed your other stories--this story is my favourite.

    Well done; please update soon!

Author's Response: Yes, it is and Severus knows that.  That was why he opted for restrictions rather than a spanking, because Harry had already known too much of that with the Dursleys, especially Marge.  I really love this one too and I am consdering a sequel to it as well.

I have not reviewed for quite a few chapters(Sorry!!!),but I am still reading your story. I quite enjoy the past few chapters especially the last one.
I think it is a fair punishment considering Harry in his animagus form seems to have less self-control and he did not deliberately put himself in possible danger. Like you said, his animal form seems to be taking over. :)

Author's Response: Yes, he's becoming too instinctive and not thinking like a man, and therefore could lose himself in the leopard mind.  And the fact that he did acknowledge he was wrong and also was not deliberately putting himself in danger meant a good deal to Sev when he thought up consequences.

The punishment was well deserved. Not too drastic but just enough to teach Harry that Severus means business.

I liked this chapter. But, then again, I love horses so the bit with Boreal was the icing on the cake for me. ::winks:: I'm looking forward to your next chapter. I want to know more about Boreal. And I want to know what the letters say.

Oh yeah. Does Harry /have/ to tell his friends that he's an Animagus?

    Update soon dear.

    Byesies for now,
    Jewels.

Author's Response: No, he doesn't, not unless he chooses to.  And he might want to keep it secret for a while, so that his friends aren't jealous of his new ability.  I'm glad you think the punishment was fair.  Boreal will be in a great deal of the chapters from now on, he's an important character.
