What a horrific experience. I wish Harry would say something, but I understand his insecurities. Great chapter!

I like this!! I thought at first that you were skimming too quickly over how Snape and Harry got past their past, but I see now that there is still plenty of angst to be had. (LOL) It's very sad but predictable that Harry thinks Snape only pretends to care about him to get the job of training him done.
Good job.
Author's Response: Thank you for taking the time to review. I know what you mean - I've thought of writing a "prequel" about how they settled down into their routine, but for this one, I just wanted to start off with a relationship in place. :)
