WAIT!! Sirius and Lupin both are dead in this story? Harry feeling a pang in his heart for Remus and Sirius and wonder why he always loses his family...

Man I had hoped that Sirius wouldnt die in this story but alas.

Well, this is interesting to say the least. Part-cliffie, arrrg! Thanks for posting.

Author's Response: I'm glad you found my story enjoyable at least. (And yes, I apologise for all the cliff-hangers you may find - I can't seem to get rid of them) Thanks for reviewing!

Well I finally got myself registered so I could leave you a review!

First off, I have been in suspense over here. First with the Malfoys coming (and why the heck did they turn up?), Harry's escape, Snape rescuing him and finding out that he had been abused. Now, I'm interested in what happened with the book. And why Shadow's hair is brown.

Also, very funny allusion to your other fic, with Harry offering Snape the spoon. Just made me giggle a bit!

    Author's Response:

Well, thank you :) The Malfoys were pretending to be customers of Grunnings - so Uncle Vernon invited them around - but what they really wanted was to steal Harry away for their evil plot (muaha). You've probably found out about the book about now... and Shadow's hair is brown because it's a mix of Snape's and Lily's - instead just being black or red.

heh - I was hoping someone would spot the correlation with the spoon :) Writing that made me laugh too!

I wonder why Harry absorbed the book last chapter and I wonder when Severus is going to notice. Was it a good thing? I hope it isn't harmful.

    -P.G.

Author's Response: In this case, it's a good thing. Sev won't notice because he thinks the book is useless to him, but it will be very helpful to Harry when it reappears!

I loved this one! I felt bad for Shadow though and I love it when Severus and Harry cook. I always thought Sev made a good cook since he was a Potions Master.

Author's Response: Thank you - I did make Shadow better in the end, I've found I can't stand to leave him like that. Absolutely - Sev would know exactly what to put in the food to make it taste nice!

I suppose Shadow also feels the pain...

    Author's Response: Yup, poor Shadow.
