Reviews For Know Thyself
Author's Response: If they had been older, definitely... maybe I should write a sequel where Harry invites them over!
Please you can't leave it like that, I'm begging you. Author's Response: lol - I'm sorry, the less I want to write cliffhangers, the more appear. It's not F&G, but think back a generation... Thanks for reviewing!
Author's Response: Yep - poor Sev, that was very mean of me! After you mentioned your story, I had to go and look it up. It's really shocking how similar the beginnings are! I swear that I hadn't heard of your story beforehand (though it's really good and captivating!) My Shadow is definitely from the same universe as Harry... and I promise Dumbles will have explained it all by the end of the story. As for the next chapter, we shall have to see!
And I like the way Albus was ready to kill the Dursleys and how he let Severus see himself that he was nothing like them. That's the same lesson he had to learn in my NA series, the line between disicpline and true abuse and how to walk it safely. I like the owl too! Author's Response: Yes, I really should find a way to keep pesky people out of his home... Thank you, I enjoyed writing that bit, but was unsure as to how it would be received. I'm glad you liked! P.S. Aeolus is my fav, but I've been neglecting Anila...
Author's Response: I'm glad to hear it! Thanks for your review, hopefully I'll have the next chapt sorted out soon.
Author's Response: Yup - poor Sev, I'm so mean... Thanks for reviewing!
Two men? Oh, I guessed for Hermi and Ron. Hm, now they will probably be Sirius and Remus? Do I understand it well that when Severus drinks alcohol his Dark-mark doesn't drain him? *confused* Mila Author's Response: Yup, it was time for Siri and Remus to make an appearance! The Firewhiskey thing; when Sev drinks it, his magical core is insulated, so it prevents the Dark Mark from draining him, but it also prevents Severus from using his magical abilities to their fullest extent. It's kind of a blessing and a curse for him.
Author's Response: My favourite HP gen pairing is Snape/Dumbledore - there's just so much potential there. So yes, if I get a chance, there will be more of the two of them. I'm glad you noticed that Sev needed some reassurance. In my opinion, Harry has more personal resiliance than Severus does, but the Professor is better at hiding this. Thank you for reviewing, and I promise to take good care of Sev!
Ah, Severus is starting to care about Harry, isn't he? So, is he really Harry 's real father? It's just that you have adoption written under warnings, but then the way you started the story, it sounded like Snape was really Harry's father, but now I'm wondering if it is only going to be as in an adoption. Anyway, loved it. I'm glad Snape felt remorse for spanking Harry. Well done. I can't wait for the next chapter! Author's Response: Absolutely - couldn't leave them out! Yes, he is Harry's real father - the 'Adoption' thing is only making things official as James Potter is Harry's 'legal' father while Severus is the biological one. Thanks for reviewing! |
