poor baby, he doesnt deserve that no one does!
Oh, didn't he love that, the absolute sadist. I wonder if Harry would have gotten this much of a punishment if the sectumsempra spell had been used against a student in another house.
He even had to flaunt that Harry was getting the cane. Not a very professional thing to do, I wouldn't have thought.
Author's Response: Yes, Snape obviously isn't a nice person...
I felt this scene was very well done. The dialogue between Harry and Snape is very engaging and true to canon. The caning itself was described enough to have us sympathise with Harry, but without going over the top. I think Snape had a tiny bit of remorse toward the end, and that's why he tried to give Harry some encouragement. I still don't like him. :o)

I remember that I really liked seeing the side of this story from snape's perspective, but I loved the original one too. Great tension and drama!

intense though!
Poor Harry first this and then he's going to have to go and face Hermione! He certainly cannot tell he just got caned, oh but i really like your story because it is cannon
