LOL That was a great ending. "he jumped through the opening." I can just see it, as a parental-type person. Doesn't matter what's there--you just gotta save your child. Your Snape is very amusing. I'm enjoying the story immensely. Very well done. Thanks for sharing.

And I recognize that bit of story Sev was reading, it's from Kipling's Just So Stories and I love them! Them and the Jungle Books.
