I've really enjoyed your "Encounter With..." stories. Your writing drew me in immediately and left me wanting to read more of these stories. Good job!
xD...only Harry! I almost feel sorry for the Basilisk. Snakes (and Basilisks), being independent from birth/hatching, don't understand the difference between a child and an adult, so I'm sure that she found dealing with an incorrigible child like Harry a true annoyance. I'm just glad that she held onto her temper enough not to eat them. Great story!

Oh, what a wonderful story! Ickle Harry is so adorable; I read this story with a huge smile on my face all the way through. I love sly!Harry and trying-to-be-stern!Snape. Minerva and Sirius will be so disappointed when Harry's Sorted into Slytherin.
