Very, very cute! Absolutely loved it. Wish it was beta'd though. There were a couple of mistakes that make it distracting to read.
Enjoyed the banter between Dumbledore and Poppy about his pain potion. Very cute scene.
I really like the flying parchment messages. very clever and they are used delightfully in the story. I love the idea of Dumbledore sending messages out to the teachers, especially Snape to get them to do things. :) Love it.
Snape trying to help Harry sleep by talking was a very sweet moment. I am also enjoying your Poppy and how she is the manipulating one more than Dumbledore in this story. It's a nice change compared to other stories.

oh wow this story is getting better and better i was hoping that harry would trun to a 5 or 6 years old but then he was a wolf and it make me very sad i thout snape would take him as awolf but i was very very happy when u made him in to 5 years old i'm so glad i like stories where harry is a baby and snape have to take care of him
Very good chapter. I like it that you are giving us Severus' internal musings and reactions. I also like the way Poppy bullied Dumbledore itn otaking his medicine and finding out that was the reason for him eating all those lemon drops ((hmmm, if the potion was made more palatable Albus probably wouldn't have all those lemon drops around that he keeps offering everyone--it would certainly be an incentive to Severus to take it up as a project, I would think!).
Regarding your Latin, I would suggest changing it to "Formae Primae rede!" which means "Return to your first form!" Your internet translation translated the word "original" as a noun instead of an adjective, and the translation it gave you is actually "I show I am your copy looks." Please don't take this as a complaint, I'm a Latin major at college and admit I'm a geek about it. If you want any other spells translated in the future, you can message me and I'll gladly provide you with the translation.
Again, this is a wonderful story and I'm definitely looking forward to more of it.

Aw, Snape is hooked. Harry sounds so adorable in his little form. It must be frustrating for Harry to have his fifteen-year-old.
