Reviews For Harry Potter--Dogsitter
Author's Response: Same to you! I enjoy writing this, it's sweet after the angst-ridden Shadows.
Author's Response: Yes, harry's very smart, too smart.
Poor Severus, he has no idea what he's in for now! Author's Response: No, he doesn't, the poor clueless guy.
Author's Response: Right on and your dog and mine could probably compare destruction notes, LOL!
But the image of Summer chewing apart Severus's potion's text made me chuckle! Author's Response: Yup. I don't think Sev agrees with your sense of humor, LOL!
Author's Response: No it isn't, a friend of mine almost lost her Maltese to a chocolate bar once. And yes, Summer is the reason why Severus never allowed a dog in his house ever again, LOL! Of course, then he got Inky . . .
An idea, if you're interested; my dogs tend to end up howling if they hear anything strange - the church bells, the washing machine, you name it! I could just imagine Summer sitting in the middle of a room and refusing to shut up. Just an idea, though, in case you run out! Author's Response: She could have eaten it . . .one of mine loved to eat cardboard, LOL! Guess they'll find out next chapter! My beagle does that sometimes, howls at the top of his lungs, usually in the middle of the night, at some animal prowling in the yard or something. But that's a really great idea, I might use it soon, after Summer is well, that is!
Author's Response: yes, Summer is really a mischievous scamp, like my own dog when he was a puppy. I don't know how I survived . . .LOL! And vets can be expensive, mine had to have surgery once and Lord . . .I nearly passed out when I saw the bill! But I loved my cat, so i paid it.
i've decided that if ever i get any pets, i'm going to stick with cats and if i ever get a dog, i won't get a puppy Author's Response: That's true of any dog, they have the attention span of a two-year-old as well when they're young, and require a lot of patience and time to train well. I used to train dogs, my own and other people's and sometimes it's harder to train the owner than the dog . . .if you know what I mean! I also love cats though, and they can be a lot of fun too. Summer is based upon several real dogs I and my friends have owned, and I would suggest an older dog if you don;t have the time to deal with the antics of a puppy.
Author's Response: Good idea, never thought of that! Chocolate can be deadly, especially in small breeds. Severus knows that though . . . |
