Oh, Severus did indeed give Harry the perfect Christmas gift. I know those pictures would mean everything to Harry.
It must surely be Harry's best Christmas ever. He has a new home, a parent figure who loves him, and he can be truly cared for, as a child his age should be. So Severus did give him the clothes...he is a sneaky snake, lol!
Perhaps it was mentioned and I missed it, but it seems that now, with Severus being Harry's guardian, that his pretense of favoring DE children could end. I'd love to see you continue this story! I really enjoyed it!
Oh, they did it! And now they're truly guardian and ward...it was beautiful. I loved the descriptions of the bond and how it affected both Harry and Severus. What a beautiful story!
Oh, I really loved this chapter! Severus is really making an effort...I'm so proud of him, and of Harry too, for giving him a chance and being willing to start over.
Severus really does sound as if he'd make a wonderful guardian, and I loved the ending scene when he checks on Harry while he's sleeping.

Aww, this was a great story! I loved how Minerva, Hagrid, and Poppy all helped Severus adopt Harry and make his life better. The poor kid deserves it.
Awww. That ending was adorable. It's too bad we didn't get to see Dumbledore's reaction. Or is there a sequel?
