I don't think it is cliché. I've only read maybe 3 stories with this plot... and only 1 of them was good. Now 4 is on the list, with 2 of them good...:)

Harry sounds absolutely miserable; scared, lost and crying. Actually, this brings back a memory… Once, when I was really little I got lost at a campsite. I was so afraid and upset, when my parents finally found me I was relieved! But Harry wont get that relived feeling it seems... I hope he gets found soon!
Please post another chapter soon! I'm really curious about what will happen next :D
