I believe you mean 'donning muggle attire' as opposed to 'dawning muggle attire. Just thought I'd point it out. Sorry, I'm quite pedantic (:

Oh, so that's how you got Severus down to Surrey. Ingenious. But it's "donning garments" not "dawning" them.
Oh, your descriptions are wonderful. You write little Harry so perfectly, and snarky Snape is snarky, not mushy; just how I like him.
Great story, I'm dying for that sequel.

Great story! Can't wait for more!
Very good start. I'm enjoying your descriptions. You might watch out for slipping into present tense occasionally. Another thing is slipping into speaking directly to the reader, such as "Because ,you see" as its shifts point of view a bit and somewhat distances the reader from the action.
Otherwise, I'm quite enjoying this.
