Author's Response: You mean they didn't give you typed up papers? I thought all college students used a WP by now, LOL! Now back in the day when I was teaching seventh graders . . . everything was written by hand and sometimes . . . I used to wonder if they skipped the month they were taught handwriting, even the printing was bad!
Author's Response: Thanks! It helped that I actually had to go through this! yeah when I was teaching computers weren't a factor yet, because I taught preschool.
Author's Response: That is pretty funny. But it makes sense, right?
The Re-do spell, LOL! I cracked up laughing. Now I'm off to read the Order meeting. Yay! Author's Response: Yeah and that class was similar to one of mine.
I thought we would hear a bit more from Draco. Vince was great trying to help Jace early on. Good chapter. Lesley~ Author's Response: Sev is pretty savvy when it comes to his Slytherins, and he would know immediately when something smelled fishy. That incident actually happened to me once, and I felt really bad afterwrads and the ones who set up the other student earned themselves a nice detention for two days. Draco will be back later on. And you'll see more of Vince and Jace too in a later chapter.
Author's Response: Yeah, Jace is sweet! You'll see a bit more of him next chapter. Harry does manage to rise to the occasion, that class was really wild. Like one that I used to have. It was like Troublemakers 101.
I'm looking forward to the next chapter! Author's Response: Thanks! You don't know how many times I had to write that on my students' assignments. I think that's why in high school and middle school, teachers now let kids type their assignments. Your son sounds like my nephew, who has some of the worst handwriting ever and his teacher tells him to re-write half of his homework and to take his time. The next chapter should be up soon and thanks for reading.:)
Loved the first class session. :-) Author's Response: Ugh! I don;t blame you, I dealth with it for five years, teaching different grades, mind . . .I switched from 7th to pre-K thinking it'd be a nice change . . .till I got the preschoolers from Satan's playground . . .and ended up writing more incident reports than anyhting else. Thanks for reading and I'll have the next one up soon! |
