Yes, he did, and they did it without really hurting anyhting except his pride, and I don;t think he'll ever forget it and who knows, he might even learn something from it. 

As for Snape giving himself away, he might and he might not have. That remains to be seen.  Because Narcissa might have been out or she could have been lurking around a corner . . .and Lucius would be ready to rip out Sev's guts if he ever knew the truth of how Severus caused him to lose his eye and betrayed all the DE's.

I loved the Sev & Siri reconciliation thing, their hatred was understandable but not very comfortable to write.  But while they won't be friends they will tolerate each other enough so they won't hex each other on sight.
