Heh, so it wasn't a dream. I'm glad they made up and I love the excuse you made for Severus not barging in there. I loved the major lol factor of Severus scaring the shiznit out of Harry when he was suddenly awake. Very nice. I find it nicely ironic that one kiss changed the romantic lives of both Harry and Severus in this chapter. When Harry mentions that Hermione kissed him, you just know that Severus is thinking of how that had happened to him. Those kisses held a lot of truths for both of our boys. Very nice work; I'm psyched for more! -P.G.
Even though I'm not the biggest Harry/Ginny fan in this story - if only because of the nonsense IMO regarding their initial breakup - I am happy that they are back together mainly because it makes Harry happy and here's a kid that deserves to be really HAPPY lol. I must tell you that the scene where Harry goes into his Dad's bedroom after Ginny left was incredibly cute and endearing - had me laughing too. Hope to see an update soon.
I'm happy Harry's happy, but Ginny still isn't my cup of tea. It's just creepy how much Ginny and Lily are similar, and I know there's a tendency for people to like people who are like their parents, but ugh. Yet somehow I still had a smile on my face at the end of the chapter. Author's Response: I really don't get the whole Lily and Ginny are similiar thing. They both have red hair; that's about it. I have brown hair; my mother in law has brown hair. Nobody thinks that's creepy. But glad you enjoyed the chapter anyway.
Happy dance! I'm so relieved that Severus wasn't mad at Harry and Ginny, and that they're all at the game. I just wonder what Molly is going to have to say about it all. That is a little worrisome. Great great great chappie Squeeee!! You have me worried though, with the name of the next chapter! Hurry and write please, if you're feeling better, that is. Hope your tooth is not giving you too much trouble. You still managed to write a brilliant chappie as usual; drugs or no drugs!! :)

Honestly, I thought it was quite realistic during my first read through, but the second time I stopped to admire your wording in the first two paragraphs of the section: "Harry smiled as he heard that soft, familiar voice in his dreams. He heard it again and then someone was shaking him. Scowling at the abrupt end to his fantasy, Harry dragged his eyes open and then he sat up abruptly, his neck screaming in protest. Dreaming; he was dreaming. That was the only way Ginny could be standing in front of his closed door in her pajamas. As if he was pulled by puppeteer’s strings, Harry felt himself rising from the bed." I love how you mess with the reader's mind right there; you've successfully made it very ambiguous and I think you could really go either way with the story now. Personally, I do think it's a dream because Severus' door was open and he wouldn't sleep through the Floo spitting someone out--he's been a spy for too long to miss something that obvious. He would not allow Harry and Ginny to just go at it in the middle of the night either; even though he taught Harry the Contraceptive Charm, I really don't think he'd like the idea of them getting it on the next room. Of course, I will be pleased if it is real because then Severus might walk in on them and that would make a delightfully awkward moment. They do need to make up and it seemed like a lot of the things that needed to be said between them were voiced; they were also very honest about Hermione, which would be a good course for them too. Going back to the beginning, I'm almost a bit sad that Harry didn't blurt out what happened to Ron and George or barf on someone's shoes. I thought he'd crack under pressure, but Harry surprised me. I loved the awkwardness between them though, especially on Harry's part since it was misread by George and Ron completely. I look forward to the Quidditch match also--I wonder if Hermione will show and what Harry and Draco might talk about. Please update soon, EDQ! -P.G.
