I love Phil’s subtle observations of Moody. So astute. I also love that the boys are learning fencing. It will serve them well.

I do not understand the nickname Katie-did. I think that was in the previous chapter. I liked how Draco punched Krum like that, that was awesome and I'm glad he didn't get into too much trouble.

Author's Response: Harry's nickname for Katie is a play on the name 'katydid', which is a name for an insect in the US more commonly known as a cicada, it's related to a cricket.  Yeah Krum was asking for it.

    I greatly enjoyed this chapter.

Moody's lesson was intriguing and horrifying at the same time; I don't like the idea of any one being able to control someone. Even in a story, I don't like it. Moody just proves how dangerous it is to let someone have access to your mind. Once they learn all your secrets, you're doomed because you cannot fight back.

Philip's sword-fighting lesson was a joy to read. I think I may steal some of your dialogue...

I was happy to see Harry and his friends acting like typical teenagers at the end of the chapter. Merlin knows that child deserves some happiness. I hope he's not too nervous with the upcoming first task, what with Severus and Harry protecting him and guiding him along.

I mentioned this once before, of Severus and Harry being Animagi. You certainly set me straight! I have an idea and, please, feel free to shoot it down if it doesn't coincide or work with your story. Apart from invisibility, Philip could follow Harry and Draco around in his Animagus form. Again, feel free to shoot it down. I won't be offended!

    I reviewed like I promised.

    Please update when you can.

    Always yours,
    Jewels.

    Author's Response:

Moody is meant to be scary in this chapter, he's a psycho though the kids don't know that. Philip does recognize the signs however, being around for so long.

I plan on Harry having a few more moments like that last one, maybe with his brother and father next time.

Phil's Animagus form sounds like a good idea, but I don't know what it is. You'll need to tell me that.

Oh and could you also review THH? I think you'll like what is going on there. Lots of angst!

Rofl on the end of that chapter. Uh-oh for the next chapter. And a question: How far will you go with this series? Up to the end of fourth year only, or into fifth?

    Author's Response:

Yes, most definitely there will be a fight between Draco and Krum. Bets on who wins??

I'm not sure yet, that depends. I did orginally plan this to be a trilogy.

Great job! Moody's class was really sinister the way you portrayed it and I loved what you did with Phil and had him teach the boys some sword work. Can't wait to see the next part.

Author's Response: Thanks, I wanted him to be that way. More of Phil will be coming up and just wait till you see Sev's Defense lesson.

Loved it! Especially when Phil teaches them how to fight and I'm also glad that Sev didn't punish Draco too harshly. The family dynamic is wonderful. Can't wait to read more!

Author's Response: Severus udnerstands how deep the sibling loyaly runs in his family, so he knew it was useless to punish Draco too harshly, because Draco will defend Harry come hell or high water.

Well, that was probably the creepiest version of Moody's first class that I've read. Phils POV certainly added depth to the scene.

I loved the pillow fight! It's good to see Harry being a Kid for a bit.

    V.

    Author's Response:

It was rather scary wasn't it? But then, I intended it to be. Because the vampire would notice things the students missed about the phiny Moody.

Yeah that pillow fight was something that they all really needed. I need to get Draco in on some fun too!

It was nice to see them all behaving like teenagers at the end there, and that your Ron believes Harry too lol, I always wanted to smack Ron upside the head in book 4... :)

Author's Response: So did I believe me! That's why I had Ron believe Harry in my version, because Harry has enough to deal with without Ron being a git.  That pillow fight was really fun for me to write and they all enjoyed it. Now I have to get Draco to joke around with Harry over in Slytherin.
