He came along when all the Slytherins were fighting and didn't see Ron cast the hex upon Nott and Nott didn't know who cast it either, spells were flying everywhere. So for once, the Gryffies got away with it.

I love writing Hermione as a take-charge and tough girl who's not afraid to stand up for herself. yes, she's brilliant, but she also has guts.

Karkaroff is cagey and clever, more so than in canon, and he will be causing trouble for the Snapes along with Viktor.

I think I could work him in as a Black Mamba, I need a form that lends itself to being hidden and while a white tiger is awesome, it's also conspicuous.
