what a great chapter and i thought you got cornelius right on, the pompous git, thinking that he knbows whats best for everyone all he wants to do his protect his posistion and that alone. Rita is going to think all her christmases have come at once, she loves scandal and won't think twice about writing an article
Going to the papers is the best way to stop the Minister from continuing his tyrrany. I have a feeling that he technically broke the law when he took those children from their mothers. The public at large will look askance at what he did, because what is to stop him from doing it again to someone else for whatever reason he chooses? Not much, I reckon, unless he is removed from office.
