I think Dumbledore would have more luck with Harry. I hate these secrity codes...
I was very scared for Harry! It's good thing that Severus got there in time. great chapter--very gripping!

Great chapter! I love how Severus is always there for Harry when he needs someone. Harry needs him. Yes, i think he should call him Dad, since Sev has adopted him.

I thought it was very good, and they did react in the correct way. A person who is suffering from depression and border-line addiction is reluctant to get help. Especially if one feels inadequate, for whatever reason. I think he should do so only if you feel that will fit into the story. Otherwise, Kudos on a job well done.
Ah the chapter was fine! :) I love a bit of angst hehe the idea of bringing in Sirius and Remus is brilliant, Sirius will know exactly how it feels to have had therapy and can let Harry know its not the weakness he thinks it is. I wouldnt mind Harry calling Sev dad at some point either if it worked into the right moment, it should fit in well if there is some angsty times ahead, cant wait :D
Okay, I admit, I didn't really care for this story or its prequel to much before. Not because you aren't a good writer. Your amazing. I just don't really like creature fics. However I did skim through Broken Wings and just now skimmed through this story as well. And I have to say you never cease to amaze me. Your characters are very well written and your story lines are never dull. I especially like how you took away Dumbldore's magic and I hope there will soon be another chapter feature both he an Minerva at his home.

I hope you continue to read the rest of this, since the last part is focusing mainly on Severus and Harry's growing relationship as father and son and their Animagi forms are not as prominent here. You'll see more of Albus and Minerva again, I have another chapter coming up with them and more of their mishaps in Muggle world. I think this series is one of my best works, besides the Prince Manor series and Away in A Manger. Hope you continue to read it and let me know what you like about it.

While the potion instructions did warn about not using it when suffering from depression, it didn't say what would happen if you did. If it had, maybe Harry would have hesitated more to use it or have recognized what was happening to him. I'm just glad that Severus was able to pull him out in time to save him from a comatose state. I hope that Sirius and Remus will be able to get him to see sense. I hope he will realize how much he hurt his father with his lack of trust as well.
