Reviews For 3 Slytherin Marauders
I'm also quite pleased about the sizable and very prompt updates. I was getting tired of waiting 2 yrs for a story to reach 10-15 chapters or for the story to be abandoned. I don't blame authors for RL or inspirational misadventures but I was getting tired of having a folder filled with almost 100 HP WIPs. I don't usually review at every chapter so please don't take the lack of reviews as a lack of appreciation. Thank you for sharing your HP world with us. Author's Response: Thanks for the review. I try to update regularly on both my stories. Sometimes RL holds me up for a few weeks. I've enjoyed writing it.
Logan Author's Response: Your welcome, I've enjoyed writing it.
I just spent the last 2 days reading it from the beginning! I love how you're handling young Tom (with the dragon in his head ;D.) Please update SOON!! Author's Response: THank You, I'll be posting more chapters soon.
And yes, Severus is in the picture and will help! Thank goodness! Author's Response: Thanks, I love shopping, so going on an imaginary shopping spree with wizards was fun.
I can sense the tension though, hanging over the household. I hope Severus will respond soon and that they can all get away safely.
And yeah, they need to get out there before Marge arrives...I despise that woman! Good job!
And it'll be interesting to have Harry and Dudley be the experts on 'Hogwarts, a History'! Author's Response: Thanks!, and BTW - I love your story Slave Child, its a must read for me.
Petunia is very believable as a wife afraid of a bad-tempered, violent, and unreasonable husband. Though I can never excuse an adult standing by and allowing a child to be abused, I am glad to see that she's willing to make changes and is planning what will be best for the boys now. The only concern is that Harry seems to be very quick to trust Dudley and Petunia and to let bygones be bygones...but I suppose it is also true that he has longed for love and acceptance for so long, that he is just happy to finally have some. Great beginning! Author's Response: I thought that since they are ten years old at the time, rapid changes in perspective are more likely - kids are still developing their personalities, and can chance their outlooks more easily. The mindset of abused spouses is difficult to understand, and some of the few times they revolt and run is to save a child. Petunia is leaving it a bit late, but unfortunately for her thats the way my story is going. Harry may be quick to forgive in the story, but again he's only ten, and eager for approval and love.
Nice work!
Author's Response: Thank You! I'm glad you enjoyed it. I've always like P&S, so I wanted to post this story here as well. |
