Reviews For Sparks Will Fly
I can't help but wonder how much things might've changed if Crookshanks had actually succeeded in catching Scabbers... *thinks happily on this thought* I suppose poor Crooks would've gotten indigestion, though, and we couldn't have that. Author's Response: Oh oh! Me thinks I had better update soon, before DP jumps through the computer and throttle me!!
Yeah, poor Crookie, he didn't get his dinner, but Scabbers would just taste bad, wouldn't he?
But what's this? Harry's looking different? Hmmm...and the will of James and Lily suddenly appears? And Sirius Black is sniffing about? (literally)I totally enthralled here!! I'm gunna go one to the next chapter! This one was brilliant, by the way! ;D Author's Response: Thanks Ivy. Yeah, they are "sort" of bonding, aren't they? Snape wants to make sure that he has time alone with Harry to warn him about Sirius, but also to make sure that he gets all the proper supplies for his class.
Yeah, Harry is changing, and that's all I'll say!
Thanks Ivy. No candy this time, or cookies?
It's always fun to see Harry with Ron and Hermione. I loved how you describe Scabbers, especially in the photo with Ron trying to make him look at the camera and Scabbers tryng to wiggle away...the little sneak! What lovely descriptions of Diagon Alley! I could see it all so clearly in my mind while reading. And I loved that Severus wanted to take Harry to get his potions ingredients...and Harry wasn't completely averse to the idea, either, if he isn't ready to admit it. Now we've just got to find out more about the will and the box...the suspense is killing me! Wonderful chapter and I'm looking forward to the next one! Author's Response: Thanks Kristeh. It's not easy sometimes to incorporate my ideas with Canon.
I really do love the trio, and it's most fun when they're just hanging out, forgetting their troubles (well, maybe not in this story!) but just being normal young teenagers. Yeah, that little slimey rat. He really didn't want anyone to see his pic now did he, even if he was a rat. There are some that might put two and two together, like Sirius!
Thanks, I just tried to picture what it would look like in my mind. I think Severus is slowly coming to care just a teensy weensy bit. Just a little. But yes, he'd sooner give up his famous black robes than admit that he cares for Harry! More will come out about the will and the box soon...maybe! LOL! ( I love to torture)
Thanks Kristeh, and (tapping fingers on desk) waiting for your next chappie again!!
Lesley~ Author's Response: Thanks. Uh, will you forgive me if you have to wait a bit longer for the mystery to be solved? (Is ducking. Running away from irate readers!)
I still think it's funny that Ron brought his rat to Egypt with him. *giggles* Love how Hagrid sent him the book. That book would scare the bejeeses out of me! *snort* Harry askingn Snape to the Ice Cream parlor! *giggle* The image of Snape licking an ice cream cone is hilarious to me. I really don't know why! It just is. Almost everything Snape says in this chapter makes me smile, for no other reason that I can so see him say it! OOH! A WILL! OH MAN! OH, OH, OH! I am very excited! So mysterious! So intriguing! I WANT MORE! Very awesome chapter! Author's Response: Oh thank you. Well some of the events did happen in Canon, I just embellished them a bit. Yeah, even Hagrid's books are made of wild beasts. Yeah, I think that when the shopping trip is finished, I think that Snape deserves a large ice-cream sundae with lots of chocoalate syrup, whipped cream and cherries on top. Damned..."I" want one now! Oh thank you RK, and I'm looking forward to more from you too!
Author's Response: Aw, sorry. It just seemed like a good place to end. (Yeah right! Common response by author, when she or he gets nailed by the reviewer for once again leaving them with a cliffie!) Will you forgive me, if I update really quickly? Even though your questions probably won't get answered in the next chappie either. (Oops...I wasn't supposed to say that out loud!!!)
Author's Response: Oh thank you. I can tell you one thing, there are definitely some surprises in store for whomever manages to open that box!
Author's Response: Well, if he has a problem with it now, he's NOT going to be pleased later!! Thanks Kodak, I'll try to update soon. Still anxiously waiting for one from YOU!!! Please? |
