Reviews For Where Once Was Light
And of course, yay for Harry getting new clothes! There's nothing like a new wardrobe to make you feel better about yourself. Harry totally didn't mind being fussed over even if he tried to seem bothered by it. Don't let your teachers get you down. I know it can take a bit before you adjust to college and realize what you need to do as far as the readings, and what you can pretend you did. I know now after quite a few years of college, I'm lucky to crack a book for a subject twice during the semester. Think of your evil geography teacher as evil snarky Snape. It helps. lol. ;) Author's Response: Thanks for the advice Ella! But my geo teacher isn't even snarky, she just... can't teach. lol But thanks anyway! Maybe I'll just draw her as a cartoon or something and be mean. *evil grin* I already wrote a nasty poem about the class! lol But I digress, I'm so glad that you liked this chapter! Yay! And yes, I thought the "look" was important so I'm glad you picked up on that. For you I shall sing "Are You Going to Scarborough Fair" one of my favorites. Thanks again!! :)
Author's Response: lol I prefer to go book & movie shopping personally, but clothe shopping's okay with me every once and a while. But thanks for the nice review, I'm glad you enjoyed it! For you I will sing "Vedrai Carino" from Mozart's opera Don Giovanni. Thanks again! :)
fun fun clothes shopping! I rather watch others clothes shopping cause when I do it takes HOURS! >_> I'm very indecisive, I try a lot on and in the end walk out with nothing lol! Author's Response: lol ^-^ I'm pretty pick when shopping and usually know what I want when I see it, or else I won't bother, but there's nothing wrong with taking your time...unless you're on a time scheduel. Thanks for the nice review, and I hope to be writing sooner (and better really) chapters in the future! For you, I sing "The Water is Wide" a pretty English folk song. Thanks again! :)
I'm so happy that Harry and Severus are finally getting to know each other, and that they've forgiven each other. Good luck with your geography Ivy. we missed you! Author's Response: For you my dear Pandora, I will sing "To the Sky" a pretty southern folk song. And I'm glad you liked the chapter. Not my best, I admit, but this week's been particularly mean for some reason or other. I have an incompetent geography teacher who is ruining my love of geography! But thanks, I'm glad I was missed. And hopefully I can be quicker to update. :) |
