Its so good to see a chapter! Im glad that Harry had a good cry and isn't bottling it up anymore :)
Awesome update, thank you.
Yea!! I love that Sev brought up Harry's legal name. That was good. So how will the interview with the shrink go? How will the potions lesson go? Looking forward to more!
Sweet chapter!
Author's Response: You'll see how the Potions lesson goes in the next chapter. The interview with the psychiatrist will be in the following chapter. i wante to include the interview in Chapter 45, but the tone of the chapter didn't really allow for it, and the interview needs to be the center of a chapter because not only is it important for Harry's emotional path, but it will also set something I've been planning for a while up... Thanks!
Great chapter...loved the interaction between Harry and Snape.
I think the chapter turned out just fine. Poor Harry, he really does need help.
Nice to see you back. Remember, as much as we love your story, your schooling comes first! This is a nice "bonding" chapter. Hopefully Harry will see it as such. He has so much on him now it's a wonder depression hasn't set in. Teenagers, young adults until they become around the age of 23/24 can be a depressing lot normally. Add on the additional stress Harry has, it's amazing he is even still functional at all. Moldyshorts alone would break most young people, but as we all know, our Harry is not your average young person. Thanks for the update.
Author's Response: Thanks! I am so over school. lol. I have one year left, and I can't wait to be finished. Well that is until I have to enter the scary job market. I think at this point in the story Harry is experiencing a bit of depression. He's starting to really feel the weight of all the stress around him even though Severus is trying his best to keep Harry as stress free as possible. The next chapter is light-hearted but then we're in for a return to the dark side. lol.
Poor Harry! (I'm writing that in a lot of my reviews this week. Must be something in the water.) I don't know how I'd react to cancer treatments; I can't imagine a child going through it.
I'm so happy to see that you've updated. Great chapter too.
I am glad to see that Harry has agreed to get help. Severus is so dedicated to his son; it's heatwarming to see the reserved man so caring with his son.
Good job. Can't wait fo the next chapter.
Awesome chapter, Ella. I liked Snape's reassurances to Harry that he was not crazy and that they were perfectly safe inside the castle wards. It was very fatherly. He's really come a long way. They both have.
Hopefully Harry's psychiatrist will be helpful to him.
I loved the thing about sending off the wand to be made into a keepsake. That is so cool and so thoughtful. I just love the idea.
Another great chapter, as usual. I was so excited to see you updated. I needed something good to read.
Eagerly awaiting the next one already. Like the selfish fanfic consumer that I am. Feed me. :D
I liked it.....was cute! I like that Harry no longer seems opposed to the idea that Severus is his father.....and Severus is a very good father!! LOVE your story. Was super excited to see an update....as always, well worth the wait!
Author's Response: Harry isn't opposed, but he isn't comfortable with Severus being his father yet. It's complicated, which is some of what Severus is referring to in his conversation with Harry. Harry doesn't know quite what to feel and I'm sure he'll express some of that in the future. Thanks!
