Reviews For Sacrifices
Author's Response: Thank you for your review! Tevin hopes Severus comes back very quick, too. ~ RK
Remus is going to be beside himself when he wakes up and discoveres that Tevin is gone. And Tevin must be scared to bits because his Daddy isn't there. Thanks for posting this. I understand and sympathise about how hard some chapters are to write. Good luck on finishing hte second half of this scene. Author's Response: Thank you (and you're welcome)! You may hug anyone you wish! Yes, Remus might be...very nervous. And Tevin certainly is nervous, but he is being raised by two Slytherins, so the resourcefulness and cleverness has to rub off eventually. This massive chapter is ridiculous. I've split it into three now. It got to be too long even with two parts. And the second part was harder to write than this part! Three should not be so bad...Thank you for your review! Hope you like parts II & III! ~ RK
And speaking of Remus, man is he a heavy sleeper! I think I would've woke to at least the chair falling, but then again, I'm a light sleeper. But Harry just went home? He's gotta be freaking out! I would if I was that little, had a scary dream and then couldn't find my father! I found a little typo towards the begin: "with lnog wavy" and here I think you forgot the word "pitched" in "high pitched" but what you have is okay, I just thought it sounded. "It was a terrible sound to hear while the high laughter of the other..." But it was another wonderful chapter! I enjoyed it lots! Sorry to hear your few weeks have been bad. Same here :( But this made me feel better, and I hope you have a better week too! Maybe it's time to read more of Tug? :D No, you don't have to, I'm just being stupid. But I can't wait for the next chappie! :D Author's Response: That's okay that you don't read right away. It happens to the best of us. (By the way, have you updated your story recently? I think I'll have to check that...) Yes, Remus is a source of information to Tevin in this story. He is the link between almost everyone in the story. And with Remus being a heavy sleeper. Hey, if he can sleep when the Hogwarts train comes to a jarring halt in The Prisoner of Azkaban he could so sleep through the sound of a crash or two. Yes, Tevin will be nervous but he'll come up with something. He is being raised by two resourceful Slytherins. It has to rub off sometime. Thanks for your typo noticing. They are fixed. Glad you liked the chapter! Part II is in progress. (And I concur, it might be time to giggle with more of your Tug story. Once I finish my last paper! *happy dance* Can't wait to hand in that paper!) Thanks for reading and reviewing. ~ RK
Very good chapter--If it was hard for you to write, it doesn't show. It flows wonderfully. Looking forward to the next section. V. Author's Response: Tevin will definitely be nervous, but he is being raised by Slytherins. The resourcefulness has to rub off sooner or later. And yes, the reactions from Remus and Severus have the potential for flairing tempers, but that is next chapter. Thanks for your lovely comment! Made me happy! Next chapter (Part II) is long and slowly but surely getting there. Hope you enjoy it when I post it! Thanks for reading and reviewing! ~ RK
Author's Response: Thanks for the review! Tevin is being raised by two Slytherins...and a Gryffindor...so he is a little clever and can function on his own for a time before he starts getting into trouble. Yes, the coursework is almost complete! It will be such a relief. Part II is coming along so I hope to have it posted soon. Thank you for reading! ~ RK
Author's Response: Oh thank you! Part II is even longer. And Severus is the focus for the next chapter, so you'll find out where he is. Thank you for the review! I love it! ~ RK
Poor Harry and the dream--I bet the picture helped spur the memory for him, but he really did need to see what his mum looked like. Anyway, I look forward to hearing from Severus next chapter--I hope it doesn't keep you struggling for too long. -P.G. Author's Response: Thank you for another review! Yes, Remus might be a little...nervous when he discovers that someone is missing. And this is the first of the many dreams of the night that Lily died. The next section is complicated and crazy challenging to write, but I am liking how it is coming so far. Hope I can have it up soon. Thanks for reviewing again! ~ RK
Author's Response: Thank you! I'm glad to hear from you again! More is coming, but it's a challenging chapter, so it will not be a fast update. Hope to hear from you again! Thanks for still reading! ~ RK
Author's Response: You're welcome! Wow! You caught up so quickly! Yes, we might not be seeing much moe of Bill Weasley, but his other relatives should be coming in sooner or later. Glad you liked Draco's first impressions of the Great Hall. And yes, poor Severus indeed. Halloween is nothing for him to celebrate. (Personally, I love Halloween!) Hope the next chapter does not disappoint. ~ RK
Author's Response: The boys are five years old in this chapter. Yeah, Draco's a brat but...he would be. I wanted to try to flesh out Lucius more than in canon, because in the very last book I did get the impression that both Narcissa and Lucius care deeply for their son (otherwise why would Narcissa lie to Voldemort, practically beg Severus to help her son, and why would the both of them not even bother fighting in the final battle and only concentrate on finding Draco otherwise?) and that they would exhibit more worried, concerned, yet stern qualities of three dimensional parents as opposed to just keeping their bloodline alive. Thanks for reading! ~ RK |
