I loved "The House Which Time Forgot" and was thrilled to read its sequel! This did not disappoint. Your writing is still as amusing and touching as always. I sympathized with both characters -- Harry for being disappointed by Snape not coming to his birthday party and Snape for having to deal with a drunken Harry Potter. Both reactions to the two situations were spot-on.
I can't wait to see more of this! Also, as a reviewer before me said, please don't give up on "A Time and Place to Learn". We're all craving a new chapter so badly. ;-)

I like the interaction betweet those two guys! You are a great writer, thank you for writing more and please update soon.
Yay! I wasnt expecting a sequel to this but im very glad there is one! I loved the first part and cant wait to see where this will go, the part about hugging being the worst thing that Harry makes him do made me chuckle :)

Thats so a special story, I like it. Snape is cute somehow, thank you so much.
So I always thought you could have started a sequel with this story. You left it open enough. I'm glad to see you touched back on it. I enjoyed seeing this. Harry was amusing but Snape was actually funnier which is saying something for a man that tries to be sour. I thought for sure he would tell Harry that his birthday present was a new table so he could get a proper strapping. XD It was amusing and as usual a pleasure to read! I would love more of this series!
Oh wow, I'm so duh! I just realised now that the story is not complete. I thought that it was just a one-shot, short story. I'm pleased as punch to realise that there's more to come!!!
Yayyyy!!! I am so happy that you have gone back to check up on the House - and I loved hearing the story of Harry's 17th birthday! I can see that Harry hasn't changed in certain ways - still cheeky to the evil git. The evil git is still the same in certain ways as well - complaining about giving Harry a hug and the birthday gift. The last sentence tells it all - Snape waiting patiently so he and his son can go out together. (sniffle, sniffle!!)
Thank you for giving us some more of this Harry and Snape - I will wait eagerly for the next chapter!

This was so fantastic! I loved the original story so much and was very excited to see this continuation of the series. Drunk Harry was incredibly hilarious and too cute. Same old Snape though - firm and not about to let Harry get away with disobedience. But, he spoils Harry anyway - which makes me smile :-)
Favorite line is "I'm going to have to hug you, aren't I?" from Snape when poor Harry was crying. Harry got over his punishment very quickly after that hug didn't he lol? And his excitement regarding his birthday present was infectious.
Great chapter all around and three cheers that there is more coming.
