Reviews For Phantom Limb
...it really matters to me, my brain gives a hiccup every time I stumble over one, which takes me out of the story. -K Author's Response: Well, I was never too good with grammar and I dont have a beta to look my stuff over. I'm more of an independent writer, but I'll defininley try and work with the possessives if you say they're that bothersome. -Welsh
Author's Response: 'Snape-ism' had me laughing. I think that word should finally be put in the dictionary :)) And thanks. Yeah, I always feel bad for Remus, lol, but even though he's my favorite character- or second favorite to Snape- I think I feel bad for Harry more right now because of his situation more than the Sirius thing. Lupin was probably a lot closer to Sirius, and probably misses him more, but Harry's situation just flat out sucks. And the last sentence made me teary too :( It kind of hurt to write it. Thanks for the review! -Welsh
Anyway, it was really good - the flavour of the pink potion made me cringe though. ugh! There is a glaring error by the way - unless you eat lighthouses for breakfast! ;D Author's Response: Oh, Snape. Always the one to walk in when its a perfect time for a mean comment :D And I didnt think Snape would want to stick around- its not like he doesnt know Harry doesnt trust him, and I doubt Lupin would have let him anyway. -Welsh
NIce chapter! Keep on writing Author's Response: He isnt really changing, his face just matured a bit more - The changes arent drastic, just a normal year to year difference. No, Snape isnt his father if thats what you're thinking, and there arent any blood charms fading off :)) Sorry if it was confusing. And yeah, I've always loved Lupin and it almost hurts to make him break the news. -Welsh
Update soon Author's Response: Thanks! I'll try! Junior year isnt looking to easy... its all these AP classes I knew I shouldnt have taken, but hey, I like the challenge! -Welsh
You're doing a really good job so far. I hope Harry starts regaining his memories soon and that he doesn't freak out too much at the news. Keep up the good work! Author's Response: Thanks! Yeah, greif is easier a second time, I hear. I dont agree with it anyway... And about his memories, I think you'll like whats going to happen :D -Welsh
Author's Response: Aw, I'm sorry to hear about your loss. I too am the same way when it comes to something like death or bad news. I'm glad to hear that Remus is being really realistic though, and let me just say I think your 'Life Dictated by a Talking Hat' story is just wonderfull! -Welsh
Author's Response: Thanks, Jan! Well, his fifth year was completely canon, so anything that happened in OOTP. Nothing much happened in his summer, particularly between him and Snape - No, they never became friends :/ But hey, who knows what could happen? :D -Welsh
Author's Response: Yeah, poor Lupin :( It breaks my heart to do this, but what must be done must be done! -Welsh
I loved it. I have a feeling this is going to be a really great story. I can't wait for the next chapter. Author's Response: Thanks! I didnt really want to make the chapter too long, so i ended it there. Plus I had school in the morning and I was already falling asleep by the time Harry was going down stairs :)) -Welsh |
