Totally delightful. The Hogshead is such an underused locale; it was refreshing to see it put into play.

why Dumbledore make such a self accusatory confession? Is a hearth breaking to imagine Snape in a very vulnerably condition in health and emotion. Wonderful

Dumbledore is a character I'm still trying to flesh out for this story, but if you kept reading, there is an explanation, or at least Harry's understanding, of why Dumbledore said what he did. I hope you keep reading, and I hope you continue to enjoy the story!
I'm so glad Snape's awake, ^_^ and that Harry is helping with his recovery--even Snape may not like it, lol.
Brilliant so far! Can you tell me if Harry will be captured later by DE's? Or was the torture warning because of Snape only? Just curious, :)

Author's Response: To be honest, as far as the torture goes, it was mostly for the opening scene with Snape. Plus, I just wanted to err on the side of caution having never posted here before. There's actually not a lot of profanity, either, but I didn't want to offend anyone by not listing that as something to watch out for. As for Harry? You'll have to keep reading!
