Reviews For The Apothecary Knows Best
sev and lilys business will be the best potion place in the whole of the wizarding world, no matter what james thinks harry did deserve to be punished for what he did, as he and everyone else could of been seriously injured Author's Response: It will and what does he know anyway? Yes and he knows that and he'll never behave that way again.
Author's Response: he sure does. Don't tell him I said that though! :D
While I personally dislike reading cp scenes, I think you handled it with finesse and made it sound appropriate to the behavior. Nice job, Snapegirl! -P.G. Author's Response: She did really try and that's why it hurt her so much when she found that James was cheating on her, both the first and second time. It took a lot of courage for her to admit their marriage was a mistake and to then leave with Harry and even greater courage to start all over again with Severus. As for the CP scene, I usually don't like writing them too graphically, but in this case it was necessary to the plotline and I'm glad I didn't turn you off.
I truly admire your knack for portraying, ah, typical people. (I don't mean it in a bad way.) To incorporate character traits that are, well, typical - common, if you like - to large masses of people into fictional characters, requires good observation skills, not to mention 'a way with words'. ;) And it's done brilliantly here - I can totally picture the family drama. :) Very promising beginning! Author's Response: Thanks so much! I agree, James could be classed like that and also as a man who doesn't appreciate a woman who likes to work. Hope you enjoy the family drama that's going to happen very soon.
Luckily we managed to put it out but boy did we get our butts tanned when our dad found out. I'd say Harry knows better now, Lily is an awesome wife and James is such an idiot for cheating on her. I'll read more tomorrow! Great start! Author's Response: Thanks and that was a great flashback story!
Author's Response: Thanks so much! No, he won't.
I'm glad that he's forgiven though. What a little scamp. I'm curious to see Rosie and Eric. Nice start Snapegirl. Author's Response: Yes, he is. You'll meet Rosie and Eric soon. Severus and Lily will always forgive the little scamp!
Author's Response: Thanks so much! |
