Oh I loved that! (in my singlemindedness to focus on my fic I missed a bunch of updates and I'm so glad I re-found this one! ^^)
I absolutely loved that last line - the 'let's not' was very Snapey ^-^
And the discoveries and possibilities and Harry's pov still uncertain from chapter one... I'm really looking forward to an update ^-^ (and really hoping I dont manage to miss it again, I'd love to see where you take this ^^)

I really admired your depiction of Snape, all impatient, cruel, brooding...just like I always imagined him to be! You just put the thoughts into words and did that so realistically but also added some references to the past that J.K.Rowling hinted at her books. The scars on Harry's back, well I can imagine where those might come from since I've read so many fics where Harry's been abused, but I'm really looking forward to Snape's realization and how this whole incident might have influenced Draco. I really enjoyed your choice of words, fluent writing and extensive thoughts of one Severus Snape. Adding Moaning Myrtle was also a huge plus for her role is so small in Rowling's books, understandably though. I hope you'll continue this fic soon for I really, really think this is one of the most promising fics I've read for a long time! :)

No you can't be too hard on Filch. Great chapter with Severus being IC but I'm not sure about Draco! Thank you for a great chapter

Exciting. The thing that always bugs me about these type of fics though is that for 'the greater good' Draco will get away with it when in fact he shouldn't. This showcases the difference between the two boys...Harry who couldn't cast it even against his godfather's murderer and Draco who has enough true hate and dark soul to cast it against a schoolboy rival his own age who hadn't done anything but see him cry. Draco will learn once again he can get away with anything and how will this help protect any of the other students from him or other marked DE? Harry should skip Dumbledore and complain straight to Madame Bones himself. This was suppose to be a school not a warzone or a war council...something Dumbledore forgot.

I thought that it was wonderful. You weren't hard on Filch. I was all upset at Malfoy for not being able to help Harry, I really cared. Well done. Great job with Snape's character, and setting up a mystery. Great job. Please keep writing. :)
