Reviews For A Dangerous Game
Author's Response: Aw, you are so sweet Ivy! You reviewed every chapter, and wrote such a brilliant chappie yourself. Well done. Yeah, it was awful that Voldie tortured Narcissa and Draco. It IS awful for him to be torn like that, and Voldemort has no conscience at all, does he?
Remus is coming around to see a very different side of Snape, and he wants Harry to see that. Thanks again Ivy.
Severus is so brave, carrying on the ruse with Voldemort, knowing that he's going to discover it at some point...wow, that's courage! Poor Draco and Narcisssa. That would have been so difficult for Severus to not be able to interfere. I actually felt bad for all the kids in a way. They can't help the families they were born into, and I bet none of them really has a good idea of what they're getting into. Author's Response: Evil chuckle. Sorry Kristeh, just had to do it. I thought that having Remus there to care for Harry when he regained conciousness would be a nice touch. It shows that Snape is putting his animosity for the Marauders aside and thinking about Harry's health and welfare. Severus IS brave, and I've always thought so. Even in Canon, Snape always was so brave, but unfortunately, he never got the recognition that he deserved. Very sad. Draco is a product of circumstance, isn't he? Severus really wanted to intervene in Voldemort's punishment toward Narcissa, and especially Draco, but it wouldn't have served any purpose than for Voldemort to become suspicious, and possibly harm Draco and Narcissa even more. I think that Narcissa and Lucius got sucked into the whole Pureblood is best wave of thinking and had no idea of the long term consequences, and what kind of future that they'd be subjecting their son to. The really love Draco, and would do anything to protect him; they dearly regret their choices now, but it's too late to turn back time, but Draco is still young and can be saved.
-P.G. Author's Response: Aw, c'mon, I love sappy endings. I can't resist.
You don't honestly think that I'm that evil. Even the EDQ wouldn't do that!! Yeah, I'm fond of old Snapey-poo too. (Please don't tell him that I said that!)

Good chapter. Author's Response: Remus is always the voice of calm, isn't he?
Concerned Snape seems impossible, doesn't it? But alas...anything is possible in the land of fanfictiondom!
Thanks Ramelia.
It seems that Voldemort hasn't figured out Snape's treachery yet, and I just hope he escapes the meeting unscathed. Author's Response: what bad timing, isn't it? For Harry to have a vision, as he's flying recklesslessly around on his broom. Crashing is never very good, especially head first. Snape is starting to care for Harry, but he'll never admit it out loud.
Volide hasn't figured it out...yet. I hope so too! I love my snarkey Snape.
Well written though! Author's Response: I think that they're too scared to go against Voldie. Thanks. |
