Poor Severus; how scary it must have been to awaken in a new place with a dead wizard. That alone is enough to mess someone up who didn't have Severus' past. I hope things get better for him. I'm sure it'll be a long process though. Please update soon--I hope we get to read some happier moments soon. -P.G. Author's Response: This has been a bit of a downer so far, hasn't it? I had to laugh at Harry. He fell asleep on the job. He so wasn't used to interacting with little kids, either. Especially smart ones. Severus seems to remember bits of things from his adult life. Not really people or places, but some of his potions knowledge and maybe some other academic stuff. I'm curious to see where this will lead. He can clearly read already and for a while I thought Harry might try to entice Severus by summoning a book. The magazine was close, but Sev doesn't seem the type to be interested by such, mostly useless material. I can't wait to see how Sev will act when he warms up to the situation a bit and what happens when he returns to his adult form. If it'll be the start of a better relationship between Harry and Sev or not. Author's Response: Well, I'm glad you liked it so far, Ella. I had one person on another site kinda bash me a bit for making Severus not so childlike. But then he's really not a normal child. He's still a bit of a snot though, isn't he? lol Poor Harry. He's not so good with the little ones is he? And you'll get to see what all Severus does and does not remember later on. You're very good at picking out my intentions, which makes me immensely please. ^_^ And he's going to have a pretty strong personality later on when he starts to warm up.
