Reviews For Poison
But I'm sure, "your" Severus at least found a bit of his conscience somewhere... To expect Harry to tell him how he felt after all the drap he's put him through over the years, that'S just absurd! Harry had to assume that Snape wanted to make him suffer for a ling time, that's after all what his only real experiences with the Potions Master have been like, even though it mostly was emotional/verbal abuse. Maybe this taught Snape a valuable lesson and he'll rethink his own behaviour... Nicely done!
I'd love to see more of when Harry wakes and Severus is there. And was adding the belladonna truly just a mistake on Harry's part? Especially as he was being very careful? I just had to wonder.

Author's Response: In the longer version of this, which was blooming in my mind but didn't make the final cut on paper, Harry intentionally had the belladonna in his potion, to counteract another substance--Severus never actually looked at the entire ingredients list, so he thinks Harry's a moron. I may extend it to show the aftermath of the accident, because there were a few bits and pieces that would show that Harry wasn't actually a moron, he just took a more complicated route to his antidote, and face it, Harry's not really one to always go with the most direct and concise path. :) I am contemplating doing a companion piece for this or perhaps a longer chaptered fic...I was toying with a response to one of the challenges I was interested in trying, and I think it would work perfectly here.
Thank you for reading and reviewing!
Author's Response: I know...it was meant to be a snapshot in a series of events, not an actual story with a purpose, which is the only explanation I can give for the unfinishedness (I make up my own words, lol) of it. Thanks.
Author's Response: Thank you!!
Author's Response: Thank you! I am considering a follow-up piece :)
Author's Response: He's disoriented from the botched potion, he's not meant to be very lucid. :) Thanks!
Author's Response: Thanks, I'll take that into consideration. :) |
