I love this chapter--I remember my first riding lessons--I can't imagine doing it bare-back. Some of my most enjoyable times in college where when I was able to take riding lessons and just hang out at the stables.
Looking forward to your next update. V.
Is it really that difficult for people to learn to sit a horse? I've been stepped on, and bucked off, but I've never fallen off. My instructor said I had a natural seat, and my grandma said I learned to ride a horse faster than I learned to walk. I learned Western riding first, I was set to compete in a barrel race. Cin said after I learned everything she could teach me in Western we'd learn English and see if I had a knack for jumping as I did for barrels. We never got around to it though. I forget English riders refer to a jog, lope, and run as a trot, canter and gallop sometimes. Sorry for my ramblings, I can't see what you have Harry do with Selene, kinda excited.
